Free and trial creations may be used for personal, family and ordinary non-commercial classroom teaching. Creations funded entirely with eligible paid credits include commercial use, subject to the source image rights. Welcome-credit creations are for personal and non-commercial classroom use. Paid courses, client work, products for sale and other revenue-generating uses count as commercial use. You are responsible for what you upload: do not upload photos of other people without their permission, or images you do not hold the rights to. 1K costs 2 credits, 2K costs 3 credits, 4K costs 4 credits, and Finished Look costs 5 credits. New accounts receive 5 welcome credits. 1K uses 2 credits, 2K uses 3 credits, and Finished Look uses 5 credits. They are valid for 30 days for Personal use only; 4K and commercial use are excluded. Claiming an anonymous preview saves it but does not unlock it. Credits purchased in a one-time credit pack never expire, including unused paid-pack balances issued before this update. Welcome credits and legacy subscription credits keep their stated expiration rules. Paid credits include commercial use subject to source rights. Within applicable sources, credits that expire are used first. A Finished Look costs 5 credits and inherits the source artwork's license. Technical failures restore the original deduction. A successfully paid credit-pack order grants the purchasing account access to all published pre-colored gallery guides for 12 calendar months from payment. This gallery benefit has its own 12-month access period even though paid-pack credits never expire. Viewing and downloading those guides does not deduct credits. A partial refund does not shorten the access period; a full refund revokes the grant associated with that order. A payment dispute may temporarily freeze access and may restore or revoke it when resolved. The underlying free line-art download remains separate. Creating a custom Finished Look remains a 5-credit service. Gallery color guides may be used only for personal, family and non-commercial classroom activities, and may not be resold or commercially redistributed.

Do not use the service to generate sexual content involving minors, hateful imagery, or content that infringes someone else's rights. Accounts used this way are closed without refund.

The service depends on third-party image models and may be interrupted. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous three months.
