What our guides are for
Our guides exist to give practical, correct help — how to choose a photo, how to print at the right size, how to pick colors. They are written to be useful on their own, with a short direct answer up top and concrete detail below, rather than padded with keywords.
How we write them
Guides are drafted and reviewed by our team. We favour specific, checkable facts (paper sizes, resolutions, color relationships) over vague claims, and we describe methods we actually recommend. Where a topic has genuine trade-offs, we say so instead of pretending there is one right answer.
Accuracy and honesty about limits
AI tools do not succeed on every input, and we do not hide that. Guidance about which photos or subjects convert well is written to set realistic expectations. We avoid inventing statistics, fake testimonials or "case studies" that did not happen.
Product marketing vs. facts
Some pages describe what our tool does. We keep those claims tied to real features. Example imagery used for product storytelling is labelled as illustrative rather than presented as verified customer results.
Updates and corrections
Guides show a last-updated date. If you spot something wrong or out of date, tell us on the Contact page and we will correct it and note the change.
