What can I do for free?
Guests can create 1 shared, watermarked 1K preview across the text, photo and word tools. It cannot be downloaded or printed. New accounts get 5 welcome credits. 1K uses 2 credits, 2K uses 3 credits, and Finished Look uses 5 credits; welcome credits are valid for 30 days for Personal use only and do not fund 4K or commercial use.
How does AI color generation work?
Browsing palettes is free. A personalized Finished Look requires sign-in and costs 5 credits. Welcome credits follow the same 5-credit Personal-use rule, and the result keeps the source artwork’s license.
Can I use my creations commercially?
Creations funded entirely with eligible paid credits include commercial use, subject to your rights to the source material. Welcome-credit creations are Personal, including non-commercial classroom use.
Do purchased credits expire?
No. Credits purchased in any one-time pack never expire, including unused paid-pack balances from earlier purchases. Welcome credits remain valid for 30 days.
What happens if generation fails?
Technical failures restore the credits used for the failed operation. This is separate from refunding a payment; payment refunds follow our purchase terms.
What does 12-month gallery color-guide access include?
View and download all published guides in HD, including new guides added during your access. No credits deducted, even when your balance runs out. Up to 60 HD downloads per day. Personal, family and non-commercial classroom use only. Want different colors? A custom AI version costs 5 credits. Access lasts 12 calendar months from payment. Each new pack applies the latest expiry date, without stacking years or automatic renewal.
