How Love to Color handles your account, uploads and generated coloring pages.

What we store
When you sign in with Google we store your Google account id, email address, display name and avatar URL. When you use email sign-in, we store your email address, a one-way password hash and email-verification timestamp; we never store your plain-text password. We never receive your Google password. If you generate pages without signing in, we store a random device identifier and your IP address so the free allowance can be counted.
Uploads and generated pages
Photos you upload are stored so the image model can read them, and generated coloring pages are stored so you can come back to them. Both live in our storage provider. Ask us to delete them and we will remove them from your account.
Third parties
Sign-in is handled by Google or email verification. Payments are handled by Stripe, which receives your email address and card details directly — we never see the card. Image generation is performed by an external model provider, which receives your prompt and any uploaded photo.
Cookies
Necessary session and device cookies support sign-in, security and the free generation allowance. Analytics and Pinterest measurement are enabled by default unless you have saved a different preference. First-party analytics records random visitor and session identifiers, page paths, referral sources, country-level location, device category, product actions and selected action details such as file names, types and sizes. When you are signed in, analytics records may be associated with your account ID. You can disable either purpose at any time with the Cookie preferences button. Default settings are not recorded as an explicit consent decision.
Analytics retention
Raw analytics events are retained for up to 13 months and then deleted after non-identifying daily totals have been produced. We do not place prompts, uploaded photos, email addresses or card details in analytics events. Financial records and security audit records may be retained for the periods required for accounting, fraud prevention and legal compliance.
Analytics providers
When analytics is enabled, we may use our first-party event service, Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics. When Pinterest measurement is enabled, Pinterest receives page-visit and campaign measurement data. Disabling analytics stops future analytics collection and removes the browser's local analytics identifiers.
